Well, I started my morning with some special K and have salad stuff and healthy choice dinners to take to work. I even got some of those yoplait lights so i can do a “Swapportunity’ lol! The opportunity to swap a high cal snack for a yummy yogurt. I’m glad I at least like yogurt and fruit and all. I’m more of a meat and potatoes kind of girl, but this 185 shit has got to go! Wish me luck! And best of luck to everyone else out there! :) Stay accountable and go far!

Dieting Woes
Day one= success! :) I keep looking at pictures of skinny beautiful people and I know there is a skinny girl up under all this ice cream and cheeseburgers lol. Just gotta stay strong! I’m allowing myself two cheats a week- I bragged to Mom that I haven’t used one yet to which she replied, It’s only Monday! FML.
